Can my dent be repaired?

Paintless Dent Removal uses specialist techniques to remove dents from metal panels. Although these techniques are extremely effective and save you hundreds of pounds compared to a Body Shop, there are also some limitations dependant on the severity or location of the dent, these include:

  • Dents where the paint has broken

  • Plastic panels (i.e. bumpers)

  • Severe dents to the body line

  • Sharp dents in any area of the bodywork

If you are unsure if your dent can be repaired please enquire online and we can clarify this for you.

Where do I take my car to be repaired?

We offer a mobile service so we come to your home or workplace. As long as there is light (outside is fine!) and usually some access to power, we can repair your dent anywhere.

How long do repairs take?

Usually a dent can be repaired within a matter of hours. We aim to be as specific as possible for you with the timescale on receipt of your quote. This will be based on the photograph provided, so sometimes the timeframe can change depending on access to specific areas of your vehicle.

Can you always repair the dent?

Occasionally, we are unable to complete dents after discovering something has a restricted access area on arrival.

My dent doesn’t show up in a photo, can you still repair it?

Sometimes if it’s a small door ding or bonnet ding, they don’t show up particularly well in photographs. In general, this is usually a good thing for us, as these dents are repairable to the highest standard. Many customers take enough care of their car that they want these small dents repairing, and usually will cost considerably less than a larger one to repair. These dents are also popular for customers who have their car on lease/finance agreements where they incur penalty charges for any damage.

A quick phone call from us to ask a few more questions is usually enough to find out a little more about where it is located and how it was caused, so we can work out if it is able to be repaired and how much it will cost you.
